It's a leucistic Texas Rat Snake. "Leucism" is a mutation affecting skin pigment, in which all other color pigments are replaced by excessive white pigment. Reptiles, unlike us humans, have more than one kind of pigment in their skin, each pigment resulting in a particular color. The pigment "leucin" causes white pigment.
